  1. STEP 1: Contact our international patient management team by way of completing inquiry Form A. This will enable us adequately inform you on the next course of actions and steps to follow.
  2. STEP 2: Completion of our international patient referral form. Upon receipt of the medical report, it’ll be shared with appropriate consultant for review. Clinical case review will be done in conjunction with appropriate consultant and appointment will be made.
  3. Quotation: You’ll be provided with an estimate of your treatment cost as well as amount required for your stay in Kenya/South Africa/UAE/UK for your treatment and follow up care.
  4. Confirmation of Appointment & Final Costs: We’ll send you a letter of confirmation, indicating details of your appointment and cost guide based on estimates
  5. Visa Arrangements &Treatment Confirmation Letter:
  6. Upon confirmation of appointment and receipt of payment, we’ll provide you a ‘TREATMENT CONFIRMATION LETTER’ to support and enable your Visa application process. Our team will support and guide you through the visa application process.
    *Please be advised that all visa applications are subjected to each specific country’s immigration policies. Securing an appointment and getting a letter from us doesn’t necessary guarantee your visa application will be successful.

    How you can pay for your treatment

    Self Funded Treatment

    If you're paying for your own test, consultation or treatment, you'll need to pay before your appointment and treatment can be secured. We make it simple to submit your payment securely through direct, mobile money or online if you're a patient paying with a credit or debit card.

    Private Medical Insurance

    If you have private medical insurance, we advise you to confirm with your insurer that your treatment is covered and get authorisation before making an appointment.

    Corporate Sponsored Patients

    If we have agreed for your company to cover the cost of your healthcare, you'll need to provide a letter of guarantee authorising payment for your tests or treatment.

    Government Sponsored Patients

    PATIENTS If you're being sponsored by an international embassy, you'll need to ensure we are provided with a letter of guarantee before your appointment to cover your treatment

     

  8. Insurance and Sponsorship

    If you have health insurance: - We work with a range of local and international health insurance companies across the globe. Please contact your insurer for information about how to access our international care services under your policy.

    If your company is sponsoring your treatment: - We work with many different companies who pay for treatment abroad for their employees and their families. Please get in touch with us for more information.
